Job Order

Production will support following documents

Finished Goods Jobs: To produce inventory of finished goods
Minimum Stock Production: To produce inventory of semi finished goods
Dismantle production: To reverse engineer the produced goods and return the extracted material back to the inventory
Repair Order: To repair a returned finished good, the list of material will be according to the part to repair
Multiple Item: To create Job Order that produces multiple outputs. eg: Casting orders producing more than 1 item in a single tray

Finished goods job can be against customer if it is based on customer order.

Functionality	Description
Create Job Order	Header stores the general information related to the order
Input	Input is the list materials required for the Job Order
	Add Material - Add list of materials required for that order
	Plan Material - Request required quantity of materials added from inventory
	Return Stock - Return excess stock of materials to inventory
Output	Output is target items produced from that Job Order
	Expected Output - The output expected from the Job Order
	Actual Output - Add item as output after all process completed
	Submit to QC - Submit the output for Quality Check
	Return SF - Return semi finished goods to inventory
	Return Output - Return finished goods to inventory
Task	List of processes executed to complete the Job Order
	Order Tasks - Manage the list of processes for the Job Order
	Create Helper Task - Create Helper Task for Tasks with multiple workers
	Service Order - Handle outsourcing of tasks
	Issue Material - Issue materials required for the task from inventory
	Return Material - After tasks completion, specify the quantity of materials consumed, returned and wasted
	Wastage - Details about the materials wasted during the process
	Timesheet - Show the work duration of the task
Hold	Pause the task or Job Order
Cost Card	Show realtime cost as of now for the Job Order, even if the Job Order is not closed
