Create New User

Start

  • Click on Setup Users Menu and then click on Create New button

Components of User Master

  • Header
  • Assigned Locations
  • Assigned Roles
  • Assigned Company
  • Save Document

Step 1: Click edit Header. System will open a popup to edit the information of the header. following information can be added:

  • Relation: Select the type of user is created.
  • Name: Select the name of Internal Staff of the user.
  • Title: Provide the title of the user.
  • First Name: Provide the first name of the user.
  • Middle Name: Provide the middle name of the user.
  • Last Name: Provide the last name of the user.
  • Workflow Group: Select the workflow group for the user.
  • Department: Select the department for the user.
  • Nick Name: Provide the nick name of the user.
  • Email 1: Provide the email id of the user.
  • Mobile 1: Provide the mobile number of the user.
  • Login ID: Provide the login id of the user.
  • Password: Provide the password for the user.

Step 2: After the information that is required is keyed in, click on the Confirm button to close the popup.

Assigned Locations

  • Select the current location of the user.

Assigned Roles

  • Select the roles that needs to be assigned to the user.

Assigned Company

  • Select the current company of the user

Connected Devices

  • If there happens to be login from any other cellular device, then the details of device are stored in Connected Devices.

Save the Document

After all changes are done, it is necessary to Save the Document, by clicking the button “Save Document”, If this is new Document, system will assign the Document ID and Code after it is saved for the first time.
