In Tasks, to start a process after approval, the materials needed for the process have to be issued to the task. Using Issue Material action button, you can issue material to the task from the materials added to the Job Order. You can select the materials to be issued from the list of materials available in the Job Order.

Issue Material can be used only if task is approved.

On clicking the Issue Material action button, a popup is opened.

• Process Name: The name of the process.
• Worker: The name of the worker assigned to the process.
• Service Order: The Service Order ID, if the task is outsourced.
• Qty: Set the quantity of the task.
• Issued On: The Date and time of issuing the materials. Select the date from the date picker and add the time in the field beside date.

The materials in the Job Order, that are available, are shown. The quantity of each material available to issue is shown in the Qty Available field.
According to the available quantity, add the quantity required for the materials to be issued in the Qty To Issue field.
Click on Confirm action button to issue the materials.
