Customer Management

  • To access Customer Screen, click on Relations in Customer Management or click on the icon of Customer in Menu. When clicked it will show the search screen of customer as seen below.
  • There are 2 tabs in customer search screen, One is Master and the other one is Duplicate. In Master tab, all the master (Customers or Individual Company) entries are done.
  • In “Duplicate” tab all customers that the system thinks is a duplicate will be visible.
  • In the customer search screen, a user can create customer by clicking on the Create Customer button or can press n.
  • Quick Add feature is also available in the search screen where by clicking on the Quick Add Button or by pressing q, the details of customer like its name, address and contact information can be filled in a single section only.
  • Email and Mobile Number will be Highlighted in the search screen and will be seen in red colour if it is an invalid information.

  • When Clicked on the Create Customer Button, the customer screen opens. In Customer Header , the Company Name must be added, In Category select the type of the customer Eg. - Is the customer client or Partner or a Friend etc. The user can also add the nick name of that customer. And set the priority of the customer as necessary.
  • Status management for customer to identify if the customer is still active, or a defaulter, or expired - again this is available in search screen, and report.

  • In Address section, Click on Add Address to add as many address for that customer. Fill address type, street, city, state country name and delivery details.

  • In Contact Screen, a user have to fill contact type of the customer and also have to fill customer full name and contact information. To access customer screen click on Add Contact or press c.

  • In Customer Information, provides details of anniversaries, nationality and gender.

  • In Tax Related Section, Tax ID of customer is stored. So it gets easy to get all the info about the customer.
  • All historic sales order related to that customer can be seen in Sales Order section along with the discounts provided.
  • In Reports,Data Import feature is available , so can a user correct information of existing customer data.
