• Item Name should be correct
• Item name for metal and stone should have size, quality and color in name to be able to search for
• Item Categories should be correct.
• Unit should be selected as per usage requirement and not as per purchase.
• Unit cannot be changed after inventory added
• If unit is changed after PO is created, PO system will allow but will affect GGRN
• Unit in of the price has to match main unit in the master
• Track inventory is imp - system will not create inventory if track inventory id off
• By default track inventory is on for Deign, RM and Tech item. Track inventory is off for General I, but can switch it on as per requirement
