• Additional Info stores the extra information of the item. It normally stores the information which are necessary in that particular screen.

• There is a section of additional info which stores the information which is necessary and only required for that screen. Additional Info can be different for different screens it can be customised for different screen. Additional Info can be named different for different screens eg: In Customer it can be named as Additional Info but in Design it can be named as Design Grouping Info.
• To add additional info click on Add Attachments. When clicked on Add Attachments a popup will open. In which the attachments details are added and then confirmed.

Sales Order

• Sales Order Additional Info normally shows Tax Id and Tax Refund Number.

Customer Management

• Customer Management has 3 types of Addtional Info : 1) Customer Information, Product Information, Tax Realted Information.
• Customer Management Additional Info is called Customer Information. It normally has Birthday, Anniversary Info, Nationality and Gender.

• Product Information is customize for every other company. For one company, Product Information stores Ring Size, Shoe Size and Bangle Size.

• Tax Related Information stores tax id of that customer.

Design

• Design Additional Info is called Design Grouping Info. It stores the Design Collection Type and Material Type. It can vary from customer to customer.

Task

• Task Additional Info is called Task Specific Data. It normally stores information of Travel Mode and its details.
