Create New User

Start

  • Click on Setup Users Menu and then click on Create New button

Components of User Master

  • Header
  • Assigned Locations
  • Assigned Roles
  • Assigned Company
  • Save Document

Step 1: Click edit Header. System will open a popup to edit the information of the header. following information is required:

  • Relation: Provide the name of the currency.
  • Name: Provide the short name for the currency.
  • Title: Provide the symbol of the currency.
  • First Name: Provide the currency to word template for the currency.
  • First Name: Provide the currency to word template for the currency.
  • First Name: Provide the currency to word template for the currency.

Step 2: After the information that is required is keyed in, click on the Confirm button to close the popup.

After the screen opens

  • By clicking on the button Create Users, the Users is created and the screen of Users is opened.
  • In the screen, First Name, Last Name,Department, Line Head,Login Id, Password, Email Id, Mobile Number has to be added.

  • If pressed Shift + * then Roles option can be seen in the drop down list. The Role which needs to be assigned to user is selected here.

  • If pressed Shift + * then the Company options can be seen in the drop down list. The current company of the user is selected here.

  • If pressed Shift + * then the Location options can be seen in the drop down list.If the user is working some where else then the current location of the user is selected here.

  • If there happens to be login from any other cellular device, then the details of device are stored in Connected Devices.
