To access Manage Users, Go in Settings and select “Manage Users” or click on the icon of Manage Users.
After the screen opens
By clicking on the button Create Users, the Users is created and the screen of Users is opened.
In the screen, First Name, Last Name,Department, Line Head,Login Id, Password, Email Id, Mobile Number has to be added.
If pressed Shift + * then Roles option can be seen in the drop down list. The Role which needs to be assigned to user is selected here.
If pressed Shift + * then the Company options can be seen in the drop down list. The current company of the user is selected here.
If pressed Shift + * then the Location options can be seen in the drop down list.If the user is working some where else then the current location of the user is selected here.
If there happens to be login from any other cellular device, then the details of device are stored in Connected Devices.
