Create New Notification Alarm

Start

  • Click on Notification Alarm Menu and then click on Create New button

Components of Notification Alarm

  • Header
  • Save Document

Step 1: Click edit Header. System will open a popup to edit the information of the header. following information is required:

  • Alarm Title: Provide the name of the currency.
  • Target Document: Provide the short name for the currency.
  • Owner Email Sub: Provide the symbol of the currency.
  • Owner Email TPL: Provide the currency to word template for the currency.
  • Owner Email TPL: Provide the currency to word template for the currency.
  • Owner Email TPL: Provide the currency to word template for the currency.
  • Owner Email TPL: Provide the currency to word template for the currency.

Step 2: After the information that is required is keyed in, click on the Confirm button to close the popup.

After the screen opens

  • By clicking on the button Create Alarm, the Alarm is created and the screen of Alarm is opened. In the screen, Alarm Title, Target Document, Owner email Sub, Owner Email TPL, Notify Owner, Report Template has to be added. Alarm Owner needs to be added.

  • In Specify Alarm Condition section, in search criteria, criteria's are added as per the target document which is selected.
  • In Specify Store Procedure Name, If Alarm Condition not selected then can select DB Store Procedure. If Alarm Condition and DB Store Procedure both are not selected then select Specify Event Type, In this select the event which needs to be done.
  • For Example: when a task is allocated to a particular user the send a notification to a user so select Share User form the drop down list.
