To access Notification Alarm, Go in Settings and select “Setup Notification Alarm” or click on the icon of Setup Notification Alarm.
After the screen opens
By clicking on the button Create Alarm, the Alarm is created and the screen of Alarm is opened. In the screen, Alarm Title, Target Document, Owner email Sub, Owner Email TPL, Notify Owner, Report Template has to be added. Alarm Owner needs to be added.
In Specify Alarm Condition section, in search criteria, criteria's are added as per the target document which is selected.
In Specify Store Procedure Name, If Alarm Condition not selected then can select DB Store Procedure. If Alarm Condition and DB Store Procedure both are not selected then select Specify Event Type, In this select the event which needs to be done.
For Example: when a task is allocated to a particular user the send a notification to a user so select Share User form the drop down list.
