• To access Notification Alarm, Go in Settings and select “Notification Alarm” or click on the icon of Notification Alarm.

After the screen opens

• By clicking on the button Create Alarm, the Alarm is created and the screen of Alarm is opened. In the screen, Alarm Title, Target DocumentEnable Skip Criteria, Notify Owner, Alarm Owner has to be added.

• In Specify Alarm Criteria condition, the search criteria has to be added.

• If pressed Shift + * then the Location Group options can be seen in the drop down list. Based on the location Name, code and Location Type the Location Grup is selected. If the Location group is not selected then the location will not be saved.

• If Active Toggle Button is used to show if the location is active or not. If the location is not active the toggle button is be displayed as no.
• Show on App Toggle Button is sued to so that a suer can select whether the location will be displayed on the application which is sued on Mobile phones. If yes then it will be displayed on the application.
