Header stores the general information related to the customer. It normally stores the customer name, its account with company, its channel, priority, etc.
General Interaction
To add header Click Edit Header or Press (h). When clicked on Edit Header a popup will open. In which the header details are added and then confirmed.
Click Edit Header on Main Detail section and fill Customer Name, Channel and other information as necessary to generate accurate DSR reporting.
* If the channel or category is not present or it is a new category then click on the + icon for getting category quick edit screen where a user can type its category name, nick name and group code all in one screen and can add a category quickly.
Parent Id shows the user list or different customers and if the current customer works for one of the current customer in the list the it can be its Parent Id.
Account Owner shows the list of users in the system and a particular customer can easily be linked with a particular user.
