Click Edit Contact on Available Contacts section and fill Contact Type and other contact related information as necessary to generate accurate DSR reporting.
If the contact type or title is not present or it is a new contact type then click on the + icon for getting category quick edit screen where a user can type its category name, nick name and group code all in one screen and can add a category quickly.
Contact Type consist of the type of contact of the user. Eg: Owner, Finance Team, Purchase Team, etc. Title consist of the title of the customer. Eg: Mr, Mrs, Dr.,Col., etc.
Details like first name, middle name, last name needs to be added.
Landline Number, Mobile Number and Email Id needs to be added and if customer request to notify to them. Click on the notify button next to the mobile numbers or email ids and it will notify on that number or email id. Email and Mobile Turn On button should be active to notify on that number or email id.
There can be multiple contacts of a single customer. So, Set default button needs to be active on the one which needs to set to default. It will show in all the billing and delivery address of the customer, it can be changed in the future too.
