After completing all processes, the finished product created should be added in the Output section for further processing. The Finished Goods or Semi-Finished Goods can be added in output by clicking on the Add Output action button in the Output section.
Once the output is produced, it will under go QC.
After QC clears the output, system will update the order matrix for completed quantity and also create an inventory transaction to add the finished output detail in the inventory.
On clicking the Add Output button, the Add Actual Output popup is opened.
This screen shows the outputs for that Job Order. The Required quantity of the output and quantity already added are shown. You can add the quantity of output to add in the Output Quantity field.
Click on Confirm action button to add the output.
You can view the history of all the outputs added in the Outputs History tab, inside the Output tab. You can track the quantity of output added along with date and time.
The Outputs History shows Item Id, Item Name, its Unit Output Quantity, and the Output Date.
