Header stores the general information related to the item. It normally stores the item name, its category and sub category and other item related information.
The header is divided into 3 parts : 1) General Header 2) Description 3) Technical Configuration

To add header Click Edit Header or Press (h). When clicked on Edit Header a popup will open. In which the header details are added and then confirmed.

Click Edit Header on Header section and fill Item Name, Category and Sub Category, Item Code, Unit and other information as necessary to generate accurate DSR reporting.
If the category and sub category is not present or it is a new category or sub category then click on the + icon for getting category quick edit screen where a user can type its name, nick name, group code information all in one screen and can add a category quickly. Category is cannot be left blank.
Item Code and Nick Name needs to be filled
Unit is comes automatically as pc but if a user needs to change the unit then user can still change it. Main Unit and Packing unit value needs to be different. If packing unit needs to be same as main unit then keep the packing unit as blank.

The second part of the header section is Description. To add description click on Desc or press (d). When clicked a popup will open. In which the description details are added and confirmed.

Click Desc on Header section and fill description information as necessary to generate accurate DSR reporting.
Short Description and Long Description has some extra comments or values related to the item.

The third part of header section is Technical Configuration. To edit the details click on Edit or press ©. When clicked a popup will open. In which Pricing Mode, Inventory Mode and other things can be selected. Item Status can be seen in the Technical Configuration section.

Click Edit on Technical Configuration section and edit the necessary information to generate accurate DSR reporting.
In this Pricing Mode, Inventory Mode or Inventory Control can be changed or edited as per the item requirement. Also, the buttons like track inventory can be selected as active or not active as per the item requirement.
