For Quality Control, the product needs to be pass on a list of parameters. The QC Configurations screen can be used to create the list of checklist parameters for quality control.

When the QC is requested, the QC template is automatically selected from the templates added in the QC Configuration screen.

- Category 2 Type: The name of the Category Type 2 for the Target Document selected. Category Type 2 is available for Raw Material and Design.
- Category 2 ID: Selected the Category 2 from the dropdown list.
- Is Active: Set if the template is active or not.
- Remark: Add remarks, if required.
- Confirm action: Click on the Confirm button to conform the changes.
- Cancel action: Click on the Cancel button to cancel changes.
Configure Check List
To add Check List Parameters, click on the Add Parameter action button. A new parameter entry is created.
- Seq No: Set the sequence number for the parameter.
- Name: Set the name for the parameter.
- Description: Add description for the parameter, if necessary.
To save the changes, click on the Tick button.
To cancel changes, click on the Cross button.
To edit an existing entry, click on the Edit button. On clicking the Edit button, the fields of that parameter become editable. Edit the parameter by following the steps mentioned above.
