 ====== Create New Currency ======

 ===== Start ======
  * Click on Currency Menu and then click on Create New button

 ===== Components of Currency =====
  * Header
  * Item Price
  * Save Document


 ===== Header =====

**Step 1:** Click edit Header. System will open a popup to edit the information of the header. following information is required:

    * **Currency Name**: Provide the name of the currency.
    * **Currency Short Name**: Provide the short name for the currency.
    * **Currency Symbol**: Provide the symbol of the currency.
    * **To Word Template**: Provide the currency to word template for the currency.

**Step 2**: After the information that is required is keyed in, click on the Confirm button to close the popup.

 ===== Item Price =====

Add / Edit exchange rates that are required:

  * click on + button in the Item Price, system will open a popup, and users can provide the following details:
  * Price Type, Value, Currency, Remarks
  * After required data is added, click **Confirm** to close the popup.

Repeat the above steps for each exchange rate to be added in Item Price.



===== Save the Document =====
After all changes are done, it is necessary to Save the Document, by clicking the button "Save Document", If this is new Document, system will assign the Document ID and Code after it is saved for the first time.
