+**Step 1:** Click edit Header. System will open a popup to edit the information of the header. following information is required:
+    * **Currency Name**: Provide the name of the currency.
+    * **Currency Short Name**: Provide the short name for the currency.
+    * **Currency Symbol**: Provide the symbol of the currency.
+    * **To Word Template**: Provide the currency to word template for the currency.

+**Step 2**: After the information that is required is keyed in, click on the Confirm button to close the popup.

+Add / Edit exchange rates that are required:
+  * click on + button in the Item Price, system will open a popup, and users can provide the following details:
+  * Price Type, Value, Currency, Remarks
+  * After required data is added, click **Confirm** to close the popup.

+Repeat the above steps for each exchange rate to be added in Item Price.
+===== Save the Document =====
+After all changes are done, it is necessary to Save the Document, by clicking the button "Save Document", If this is new Document, system will assign the Document ID and Code after it is saved for the first time.
-   *  To access Setup Currency, Go in Settings and select "Setup Currency" or click on the icon of Setup Currency.

-   * By clicking on the button Create Currency, the Currency is created and the screen of Currency is opened. In the screen, Currency Name, Short Name and Symbol is added.

-   * In the price chart section, the price type, its value unit, currency and comments is added.
