====== Report Server ======

  * To access Report Server Screen, click on Output in Report Server or click on the icon of Report Server in Menu. When clicked it will show the screen of report server as seen below.

  * User selects the criteria and submit report requests to the Report server
  * Report server runs the requests one by one in the background - with First In First Out queue
  * Wait or Continue doing other work while reports are being delivered as some reports can take time.
  * As soon your report is completed - with success or failure - system will notify the requestor by email - with a direct link to download the report.

  * Each report that you ever requested is stored in the Report Request Log and it can be seen (only) by the original requestor and can download this report any time.

This process ensures speed even during peak hours, and most importantly while the reports are being generated in the background you can continue doing other work.

Also note that to ensure report system is not over used - Reports that have Images are limited to 10,000 entries.

For reports without images there is no limit, you can download as needed with any criteria.
