=====Helper Tasks=====

====Overview====

  * Helper Task can be created for tasks that have multiple workers assigned.  
  * Create a regular task with lead worker and create helper tasks for other workers assigned to the task.

====Add Helper Tasks====

For the lead worker assigned to the task, use the following steps: 
  * Create task in the same way as in [[erp-manual:cloud:production:joborder:ordertasks|Order Tasks]].
  * Add [[erp-manual:cloud:production:joborder:issuematerial|Issue Material]] and [[erp-manual:cloud:production:joborder:returnmaterial|Return Material]] for the task.

For more workers assigned to the task, use the following steps: 
  * Create task in the same way as in [[erp-manual:cloud:production:joborder:ordertasks|Order Tasks]]. 
  * **Is Helper Task**: Set the Is Helper Task button to on for creating helper task.
  * Add Issue time and Return time using [[erp-manual:cloud:production:joborder:issuematerial|Issue Material]] and [[erp-manual:cloud:production:joborder:returnmaterial|Return Material]]. No need to add or return any material for helper task.
