Item Name should be correct
Item name for metal and stone should have size, quality and color in name to be able to search for
Item Categories should be correct.
Unit should be selected as per usage requirement and not as per purchase.
Unit cannot be changed after inventory added
If unit is changed after PO is created, PO system will allow but will affect GGRN
Unit in of the price has to match main unit in the master
Track inventory is imp - system will not create inventory if track inventory id off
By default track inventory is on for Deign, RM and Tech item. Track inventory is off for General I, but can switch it on as per requirement
